lots o lude. when you stick it in and she resist stop and let her hole retract, also go slowly the first couple of times. If she finds she dosen't like it then don't pressure her.

I've always found that if the female is on top, she can control the amount of penetration and speed. So try that.

A lot of lube and stick in very slowly. When she says stop, then stop, WAIT, then go in a bit again, etc. Full penetration may take a lot of time.
