If the globs are just chunks of blood, then yes. Your menstrual cycle is just your endometruim (lining of the uterus) coming out because you're not pregnant. The globs are simply just pieces of that. If they are very large, you may want to see a doctor, but anything smaller than a quarter is normal.

Well I think you should go to the doctors any ways to make sure every thing is okay in that area.

yes, its completely normal
its not mensertrau blood clots,, its just dicharge which is commonly gooey
(kind of like snot)
your vagina is a self cleaning organ
and discharge is just what it cleans out
discharge can be clear, milky white or light yellow and its liquidy goo that comes out of your vagina every day, often, or every now and then
that’s why there’s an extra piece of material in girls underpants
because of discharge
