How to start losing weight?

im going on holiday a week 2moz and I need help loosing just at least a bit of weight im about 10 half stone dunno how much that is in pounds tho and im 15 years old and im 5 ft 6 so please just help me!!! lolz

well id say you can play soccer
but I don't know if you have enough tome for that
im on a team
and I lost like 10 pounds in a week

10.5stone = 147lbs. 14lbs equals a stone. Eat 2 small meals for breakfast and dinner and maybe like some salad or a cereal bar for lunch if you are that hungry. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. You must exercise, the key to dieting is to burn more than you eat.

Hey bluebell,

Little warning:Losing weight too quickly is dangerous and can have adverse effects on your health.

However.. bearing that in mind, here are a few tips to losing weight in a week:

-Don't taunt yourself by not letting yourself eat the occasional snack that you're craving. Just make sure you burn it off later with exercise.
-Do not forget to stretch. Stretching can help increase your strength and flexibility.
-Don't skip breakfast because this will just make you more hungry later on and you will be more likely to snack on nibbleys =]

Eat breakfast, cut out the caffine, start out your day by being thankful for all the things you are thankful for, daily movement, eat organics (foods without preservatives), drink plenty of water (take your weight divide it in half and that is the total number of ounces your body needs daily, a little more is fine too For more info feel free to contact me.
