How to stop puffy eyes in the morning?

Every morning I wake up my eyes are puffy as heck. They are so puffy it makes me look so ugly. I have some creams I use. Sometimes its so bad I use cucumbers, cold washcloths, everything there is.
what should I do? any methods you know? does this happen...

to you too?

here are some facts on me:
I wear glasses SOMETIMES
I usually wear contacts
I eat salty foods
I could drink more water
I am going through puberty

Cutting down on your sodium (salty stuff) and hydrating yourself probably will probably help immensely.

Do you sleep well or have insomnia or anything?
Sleep deprivation could be a cause of it.

well my friend always has puffy eyes and I found out that if you put a cotton ball in FREEZING water then squeeze it then put it on your eyes for 10 minutes then it helps the puffiness go down.

I've heard that if you have puffy eyes from crying, an unopened can of COLD soda with reduce puffyness.

This means to put an unopened can of soda in the fridge then once it's cold put it on your eye.

I've never tried it but you could.
