this guy he looks at me a lot during class
my friends have told me that his friends questioned him once if he was checking me out?
how do I know if he likes me and if I should make my move

Just ask him, say you have noticed him checking you out and want to know if he likes you becos you are interested. If not, oh well and if he is then go out somewhere. Dont be shy, just do it because you'll regret never knowing.
