How can i get rid of my pimples?

I have lots of pimples lately if tried the pimple stuff already it just doesnt get better what can I do?

try tea-tree oil - you can put it directly on the pimples and/or pour couple of drops in hot water (in your basin), throw a towel over your head and steam for 5 min every couple days.
