Its allll about disciplin!!! You should really try working out! Cardio is the best. I go to the gym now and work on this eliplical machine for 1 hour non stop. At 1st i hated it so much. I couldn't even do 30min. Now I love it! I already see my ass lifting and giggly arms toning...Why don't you get a personal trainer....they help you with food intake, progress, encourgement, and overall support. I know it can be really hard. Genetics play a major factor. If you are %100 true to urself telling yourself you eat right, its all about activity! You should really consider the trainer. Its all up to you. If you want it bad enough, you would go and get whats yours!
Ballinnena22 is right you need to include some form of physical activity into the equation to make things easier. You also need to watch the type of fruit and veggies you eat cuz many seem innocent but have loads of calories. Take a banana for example...thats not a fruit you want to include in your diet and if you do...just have one and call that brunch. I suggest you have muesli for breakfast, low calorie salad for lunch and a low fat dinner. Dont forget to include cardio...go up and down stairs 3 times a day for 10 minutes

Nothing is helping me lose weight?
Look I am 19 and I weigh 350 lbs and I have tried everything....from stupid pills to ab machines...diets from low carb to high carb to 100 calories a day to no calories. I have even went as far as not eating or puking...I don't drink pop...I drink water...
all day everyday. I eat veggies and fruits and at least 6 times a day...but I am still 350 lb. i need some serious help before i return to unhealthy ways....can anyone help me?
