So is she telling that there is not opportunity to get back or is she still confuse, I don't get it, I love her a lot, and I just want her back and not loss her for ever... Please tell me what to do? I love this girl a lot, I think she is the one...What can I do?.

is she referring to you deciding to be with her, or she referring to you deciding to break it off???

it sounds to me like she is passing the buck onto your shoulders.
I have gotten many of these messages over the years, notice the beginning of her message is full of EXCUSES- that is not a good way to begin a message- not if you are talking to someone you hope to get back together with. plus she mentions another guys name- in that first paragraph- not a good sign.

basically what I see here is a girl wanting to feel good about herself -via the contents of the second paragraph- the I wish the best for you I want you to be happy and find love she wouldn't say that if she had any plans to hook back up.

from what you have provided I would say it isn't good.
sometimes the way to get someone back is to walk away- ask another girl out, don't keep that a secret- be HAPPY (even if inside you are hurting baddly) - PROJECT POSITIVITY AND CONFIDENCE!!!
this is why- if she sees you with another girl- smiling and having fun- it may click in her head that she may have made a mistake, it may inspire her to ask you after a period of time if you would like to maybe get together sometime- or it may not.
if you move on- and find someone else- and she doesn't react to that- then you still have the girl you are with- and potential happiness there as well.

WHAT NOT TO DO- do not let her see you in a sad condition- I used to think I was being honest to myself and her by doing this but that is the wrong image to project.
there will be a possible time and place to let your feelings caused by this out, keep it private for now.
stop calling her- if there is an information black out- she will be in the dark- plus all of the calling will just annoy her if she doesn't want you back, and will kill any chance for you 2 in the future. ( I have made this mistake as well).
