Braces cost somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 to $7000.
I'm not sure at your age if you can come up with that kind of cash. It will take a long time. Why don't you talk it over with your parents and explain to them how you feel. Almost all orthadontists have a handy dandy payment plan. Your folks could work something out to where they could pay so much a month and by the time your braces come off-- they'll be paid for!

you dont need braces, you want, unless you have cleft palet, there is no NEED, you can live without them, I wish my mom hadnt put them on me. And you cant get a job at your age, so your out of luck

braces hurt the first time you get them anyway trust me I have them now and I have had them for three months now I have them until december but they are a pain in the BUTT!! well no in the teeth!! but they will eventually get straighter! but I have this ring around this one tooth and it to is a pain in the butt! and I dont know what its for but I think I might be getting it out soon because my appointment is in two days! isint that great? it is going to hurt!
