What haircut should i get?

I definitely need a new haircut.

My hair is about 4 inches past my shoulders, light light brown maybe dirty blonde, pretty thick, straight, and layered.

I really want a new haircut but I'm not sure what.

It can't be too drastic like too awfully...

short because I'm a dancer and I always have to do my hair different ways.

I can't even have bangs because of this..

So can someone maybe describe some new haircuts or post some pics to help me out?

Do you need a haircut? Maybe there's a way you can just style it differently. Curl it one day and straighten it another.

If it's long and layered, and you can't have it short or have bangs...there's not much you can do...
