What if i like a guy but our families are enemies?

what do I do when I like a guy that I'm not even supposed to like and he loves me too and I really think we were meant to be but our families are enemmies and he is only five months older than me. I am 14 what do I do please help me

i had a similar problem with my bf but instead of just my parents disaproving its my parents my friends my family his parents his friends and his family because he has a temper and im really small so everyones afraid of him hurting me but i know he never would so one day i went around to everyone [i speak my mind lol] and said idc if you dont like anthony or not we'r going out bc we care about each other and he would never hurt me and what ever you hav to say you can save it bc im not listening and suprisingly they wern't really mad they wer jus still worried for my safty. so what i hav to say is talk to your parents most likely it'll work out!

Something like that happened to me, my best friends older brother who was totally off limits because some people (parents) thought he was a little unstable. But I loved him and I saw what no one else did in him. My parents thought I was a pyscho and his parents were afraid that he would rape me. One day when I was over their house we came to me and told me that he loved me and wanted me more then anything in the world so we sat down and talked about the consequences of the relationship. We decided to keep it quiet for a while then both talk to our parents seperately about the way we felt toward eachother. I said, Mom you have to stop telling me who not to love, I love him and I don't care how you feel about it. Your opinion will not change my feelings at all. I hope you understand that we will be dating in the near future. She looked at me and told me I respect your decision. So I suggest handling it like a mature adult and talking about it camly with your parents. It obviously worked for us we're still together till this day ; )
