I miss msn groups

are there any like them around today msn was my daily fun chat and meet people with the same likes and hobbys but they closed now

Ugh, too many pedophiles and sexual perverts of a different persuasion on there... I used to go on almost 10 years ago, when it was just getting big, and the SECOND they found out you were a 14 year old girl, you'd be emailed 10 pictures of grody 40 year old man penises.
Plus there were too many macabre and erotic groups on there that were easily, EASILY accessible to children. I can't tell you how disturbing it was to be browsing for a ferret lover group (INNOCENT) only to find a picture of (gee, another...) a naked 40 year old fat guy with a ferret on his crotch.
They just weren't regulated enough. When there aren't guidelines with enforcement, people automatically go to the illegal and the perverse.

If you like chatting to people, I recommend omegle.com- there are no pictures, and you chat with strangers. Granted, there is no real way to make sure you're not talking to a pervert, but who you talk to is completely random. It kinda makes it fun!
