Hi lilmama,
In addition to the above suggestions (good ones) I recommend that you choose one of them and then advertise as a service on your local CraigsList site.
I have a niece just about your age (16) and she used to be looking for jobs just like you. She tried some of the usual: dog walking, baby sitting but she was never really satisfied with the pay ( I have to say I am impressed with the kids these days, they are growing up more and more early), so I tried to help her with some advice. Firstly, whatever you do, you should plan it all from before. For example, in order to get better money for dog walking, you should establish good network and maintain good relations with your neighbors, since they will be your first targets when you are job hunting. For every job there are a few tips..I'm going to give you a link for a teen job hunting web site that you might find interesting, also for the future

Good luck
