How do you appolize and say sorry if the person your appoliging to. Isn't listening and blows you off. Because there hurt and mad at u

you can state your apology, but that doesn't mean the other person has to accept it. if they are currently hurt and mad at you just give them a little time to cool off, hopefully they will soon get over it and they'll listen when you try to say you're sorry. but if they're evil and still don't want to accept your apology, it probably means that is the time for both of you to just let it go and move on, because theres no use in chasing over someone who won't forgive you when you truly mean it.

Write them a note. Tell them all your feelings and why your sorry. They might not read it then but they will eventually. They just need some time to get over it.
