What would happen to him if i got pregnant?

I'm fourteen and my boyfriend is sixteen. We both know it's illegal for us to be sexually active but if I got pregnant would he be arrested?

I srsly doubt it...he is only two years apart and I dont think that is illegal...but then again im not totally sure...

It would only be illegal if he was 18.
I think your safe.
But make sure youre READY to have sex.

ONLY. if someone reports him. BUT. I would suggest you DONT have sex but if you must. use a condom. :l

In most states it is ONLY illegal if there is a person over the age of 17/18 being sexually active with someone younger than 17/18. If that is the case than it is illegal, but since you both are under the age of 17/18 you have nothing to worry about legally. I'd be more worried about what both of your families will have to say when they find out, and trust me as the saying goes a mother knows! So please consider the consequences of your actions regarding your family and also as you brought up, pregnancy, SEX MAKES BABIES! Even with protection, nothing is 100% effective! So be careful and think before you leap.
