I'm confused again?

I'm on the third book of the Twilight series - Eclipse. I'm really confused about something in this book. In chapter 17, Bella and Alice are talking about other vampires coming to find Bella? That's why they took some of her clothes. I don't get it...

though. Who are these vampires? Why do they want Bella? What's going on? I'm confused.
PS, please do not ruin anything for me. I have yet to read the 4th book.

go back to the chapter NEWBORNS and re-read it, you might get it then and then go back she puts 2 and 1 together, and it's missing just a part of the ecuation.
