Then Later On He Got My Phone[Without Me Knowing] && Put His Number In It. And At School We Play A Lot. We Pass Licks && I Pick On Him && He Picks On Me[No Harm Tho] . I Really Like Him But I Don't Know What To Do Someone Help ME!!!

well it does sound like he is flirting with you, so flirt back. a little innocent flirting never hurt anyolne also if he put his number in your phone, he definitely wants you to call him. so when you're free call him. guys sometimes like when girls are a little hard to get so call him and if he asks to hang out, be like 'well we'll see, I guess you'll have to call me sometime.' and then if that doesn't work, just ask him to hang out and follow his lead.
