Plus my boyfriend doesn't know exactly how to teas me as much for me to want him badly. So how do I tell him? I don't want him to be embarrass. He usually just go for it [that is such a turn off for me]

Tell him to take his time... even as much as to take his mind of it..
If he has to tease you for you want him bad then you may want to find another partner or meditate on why you are not aroused by just looking at / thinking of him.

He may not want to take his time... and so then you do to him what you want him to do to you... so he can see for himself... talk your time, do things to him that you want done to yourself...

Now I'm confused on you said he usually just go for it. So I assume when he does this you tell him no... and nothing more happens.

SO if you're both of age, talk to each other openly of what you'd like to do or feel... communicate as while it's happening on what doesn't feel good, what feels good, and what REALLY feels good. THis way you both get a better picture of what each of you like and dislike... keep in mind that these likes and dislikes my change over time or within an instant... just now that when your are intimate that it's for that moment in time for you both to share and remember (hopefully it's worth remembering)

which leads me to another thing... if you FEEL like it won't be worth anything... then wait and share experiences and emotional closeness with each other until it FEELS like it will be worth it...

You may go through the ringer a couple of times, that's why they say it's better to wait... until you know for SURE that it will work with that person.

You usually wont know for sure until after living with your partner for four season (1 whole year)... and even then there's usually issues to work out together... but you'll get there. Just be patient, enjoy life, and make good decisions.
