I'm a loner!

Listen I have this terrible problem where I don't have no friends, I can't talk to people it makes me nervous and everyone tries to avoid me.they think I'm to weird, I'm always by myself doing my own thing but when I try to talk I get looked at like...

I'm stupid. I mean I admit I am a little strange like I read my books upside down, I love being bare foot, I wear skirts over pants, and a lot of other things.
What do I do?

Just talk to other people who are loners also! Maybe they want a friend too!

omg well lets say I have the exact same problem
making friends is deffinately hard for me
and not many people want to talk to me either
but just remember one thing always continue to be urself because when not having many friends becomes a problem its easy to try and become like others to fit in.

well try this, try not to make friend let it make you. See making friends for some people is easy and thats because of many reason but the most important one is because they was themselves. so if you do that the right kind of friends will find you..

P.S everybody has something weird about them

Find other loners or people who are nice to you. Don't completely change yourself to be friends with someone popular- it's not fun and they like to talk about themselves excessively. People have their quirks and that makes you unique.

It's highschool, I promise the rest of your life wont be like this. You will find people who dont find individuality so terrifying... Try getting involved in groups that do stuff you enjoy... I mean you could even volunteer... anything that keeps you busy and around other people...

I was the same way in high school. I dressed down all the time, people thought I was some nerd and some thought I was really stupid (but I'm really smart) and I couldn't talk to people. Now I'm going off to college and I really need to not be that way. It's hard to get out of. But what you should do (yes, I'm going to try it too) is just forget about what people may think of you and talk to people. Get involved in groups, and if you're sitting in class or just out some where, ask a question (even if you may know the answer to it) and be really nice about it. Introduce yourself and make small talk.
I'm scared that college will be just like high school was, but oh well.

Well my school only has like 500 or 600 kids I think and nobody comes up to me unless they want to ask me a stupid question like if I am gay or something like that.Even when I don't try to make friends they don't care.We don't have many group activities at my school,they canceled Accelerated reading (well a time during each day to reach a book), and we only have 5 minutes to get to each class when the bell rings.a lot of the students are also preps so we don't try to communicate.All they talk about is shopping and F***ing there boyfriends or dogs (quite stupid actually)!

Here it is in a nutshell. Be yourself. Don't be something you're not. I think it's kind of cool that you can read upside down. I would get a headache. If you like wearing skirts over pants while running barefoot through a store screaming your a teacup, cool. Give me the place you do that 'cause I think it would be awesome to see someone (other then myself) being themselves in public. Want to talk about wierd looks? I like talking about things that make people look at me like I have the plague. Does it bother me? Well, frankly, no. It doesn't. And, why dowsn't it? Because I accept who I am and all the wierdness that it entails. When you do get some friends they will have accepted you for who you are. It's just high school, right? When you get to college (you should go) it's so much better. Nicer people. No cliques. No I'm cool because I slept with all the football players kind of people. I mean they still will be there but A POX ON THEM!!! A POX I SAY!!! Anyway. You should just be yourself and f*** people if they can't accept you for who you are inside.

I know how your feeling when I first started hs I had no friends but I refused to change to please people and now I have friends who mean the world to me just be nice when people are nice to you, dont worry if your being weird and relax.
