You love him, yet your thinking of other guys? Doesn't really sound like your that crazy about him. Don't tell him that he doesn't need to be jealous, when he should since your thinking about these other guys. Tell him that you don't like he's so jealous. You shouldn't lead him on like this, it will just hurt him. Tell him that your interested in other guys if you are.
