im in love with my step brother we havent grown up togeather or never lived togeather and both have different parents my mum said that it is romantic and there is no blood relation I and its legal do you think it is okay? please give me your advice

yeah, there is not blood relation, so it is totally legal. some people might think it as weird, but you have not grown up together, so it's not like you have had a brother/sister kind of relationship. so go for it. x

I know a couple like this and they are completely happy together - if there is no blood relation I don't see a problem. How does he feel about you?

just as long there is no blood its okay because if there was blood then there could be problems if you were to have babies cause they can come out deformed... so I say go ahead...
