Why is it that I didn't bleed or spot?- most people don't. It's quite rare so your totally normal.

Why didn't he cum? Why was it hard for him to cum? Lots of possible reasons. I would say it's because it was his first time and so he felt the pressure to perform. The next few times should be more relaxed for you both.
