Let's start by getting up and getting a membership @ a gym? I know that it's difficult, but like my man says.... 'It's hard work to look good...' (he's a personal trainer, so imagine how he trains??) Yeah, you know what??? Guess how old my man is??? He is 31yrs old.... And I promise you he looks like he's 21.... I aint kidding you... It's all 'bout how much you take care of yourself.... Buy some creams... Take care of your skin and reduce your weight.... Then tell me how you feel????? GOOD LUCK 
Shave. That will do wonders. Then, Start getting clothes that will hide the fat. The gym member ship is a good idea. Also, if you dont want to, just get up 30min early in the morning and take a walk. Just one 30min walk every morning will do increadilbe things. Eat right. Its amazing what good food will do to your body. Eggs, meat (not fatty stuff like bacon but steak and good meats, not too much though), milk, if you drink coffee, stop, eat salads and bread. Cheese is good too. Keep all this up and you'll look fine. Also, try standing up striaght when you walk around.
