No matter what your family says you should be happy with your body they are only trying to make you look bad. As long as you fall into the normal range then you are okay. Another thing I would recommend is that if you are not hungry don't eat. A lot of us has that tendency to just eat just,because there is food...no,no,no that is not rite you seem pretty normal so don't be too worried about your weight.

I know i am not fat but...
I am 20 years old and only 4'9 weighing 103-105lbs. I have been told that was a good height for my size, but my family keeps calling me fat and honestly it is ruining my self esteem. I know I shouldnt care about what people think, but its my own family...
if they loved me they wouldnt just sit there and call me fat, lard a**, fat a**. The more they call me that, it is like the more I eat. Food has always been a comfort zone, but I want to change it.
I have been doing some research on which diet to try and what I can do to excersize, but I am not sure how to do it exackly I was wondering if anyone has any ideas.
