how can I lose weight in my thighs.

I have a lot of calf and thigh muscle cause I dance
but I also have like fat.

what is a pretty fast way to get rid of it.???

ya try yoga and running but also light weightlifting to get more tone but emphasis on running

Prolblem areas such as a portion of your body being larger or smaller is usely due to genetic.What does your mom or grand mother ..etc... looks like? If they have larger thighs then you probley will also. But one thing I saw once was a different idea of how to handle a prolblem area.Instead of working the prolblem area more.Try to blance that area with more work in the other area to balence your figure out.Example your thighs you feel are larger then instead of working your leggs more which will only keep them larger .Try working on your upper body to blance the look of your thighs .This might have the added effect of making your waist look smaller?Just my thought on it .Hope it helped?
