How can i stop dreaming about him?

hey people so the ex that broke up with me
I keep dreaming about him!
like 4 times a week and I just cant stop
im nit over him yet!
does anyone no how could stop dreaming about him?

Find something else in your life that you like. focus on that before you go to bed. DON'T talk to him for a while that will help you get over him more quickly.

thats da thing I dont even talk 2 him are dont see him and im still missing him ?

you cant really just stop dreaming about him, eventually over time he'll fade from your mind and you might just start to not care. even if it does take months for that, he'll go 'away' from your dreams lol. dont always be depressed/down about the breakup too much that wont help either. focus on positive things and do more stuff to preoccupy your mind and try going to sleep thinking of something waaay different then your ex and maybe you'll dream about that and not him. it takes time for this sort of thing. I was in the EXACT position as you for about 4 months but I just stopped caring the beginning of july, if its been six months since he broke up with you then you'll need to just try to move on from him. if you find yourself thinking about him change what your thinking to something else. I think the more you think of him the more youll 'dream' of him, so yeah just try! xx
