I just got a bad slice

I just got a really big cut on my foot and I tried everything to try to make it stop bleeding I even put nail polish on it what should I use to make it heal?

the nail polish was a BAD idea.
press something on it firmly like towel, and I mean firmly, to add pressure so it will stop bleeding, however if its a serious cut and it is bleeding badly, then you may need stitches.

its not that kind of bad I mean the bad like it wont stop bleeding bad

ok what happened? I would wipe it off. then get a BIG band-aid and put a cotten ball on the cut then put the band-aid over it. Good Luck!!! tell me what happens

First of all the nail polish was a dumb idea. How deep is the cut? I can't tell you how to care for it unless I know how deep it is. Until then put a clean wash rag or gauze pads on it, that'll absorb the blood. Put pressure around the wound. Either that or apply a pressure bandage around the wound and go to the Dr. If it's a cut that seems to bleed like razor cuts put salt on it. It DOES work I've done it loads of tmes.
