Try going on a diet, and exercise!
Uhm, try to cleanse your body.
Don't drink pop.
Don't eat junk food.
Eat a bunch of fruits and veggies for about a week.
Drink tons of water!
And after a week, you can eat what you want, but be sure to eat
healthy and in portions. Try to control what goes in your mouth.
As for exercising, try getting involved in fun activites that
you actually move in. Don't do a couple of jumping jacks, and call it a day.
Try to stay active!
Try exercising for about 15 minutes a day. Then when you feel
confident that you can do more, trying going onto 25 minutes a day.
In no time, you'll have the body you want :D

Go on a vegetarian Diet.
Personally, I'm a vegetarian... and I love energy, I love food that is healthy, I can't stand food that is junk.
Generally, I am all about animal rights and the environment and that's why I'm vegetarian, not to lose weight, plus I care a lot about my body and it's health.
I've lost over 100 pounds since I ate Meat products and junk food, and I'm glad that I don't eat that type of food, it has strengthened my mind and body in so many ways.
*eating soy products and veggies is very easy. cutting down on meat is not hard. there are a lot of alternatives like, bolca burgers and veggie hot dogs and turkey slices etc that actually taste liek the real thing...
