You've lost twenty pounds? That's great! If you've achieved some weight loss success already, then the best advice you can get is to try to do the same as what you've already done - if that's not possible, then stick with the classic (but boring) formula of lower calorie intake more exercise - which is sounds like you're already doing, as well.
To target the stomach, do lots of crunch type exercises, as well as lifting the legs with the abdominals. There are basically two sections - upper lower abs, lifting either the legs or the upper body will work one or the other.
Then there are the obliques, which you'll want to do twisting motions to target while moving your legs - or upper body - in the crunch or leg lift position.

I have lost 20lbs over the last few months and i have twenty more
So I have lost about 20lbs over the last few months. But I have 20 more to lose... I am doing a combination of reducing how much I eat plus exercise...
Can anyone suggest some good exercises to do on an exercise ball? Especially to target the stomach...
