I have an idea but need help

hello kitty rulz!! Asked by kotsunichan08 about 1 year ago, 7 answers.

I have a really good idea/invention that could possibly change the world and I could get a Nobel Prize for it. It has to do with global warming but I don't want to say much because I really don't want anyone to steal my idea. Does anyone know of any...

organization or something that could help me test my idea and see if it works or what I could type in the search engine or something? I really want to figure it out way before the end of the year and test it out asap. I've been trying to figure this out for the longest time! (for real!)

I would think you would want to patent the idea first. There are a number of websites that help inventors, however, some may not be legitimate. I would contact a patent attorney. Look up patent attorney in the yellow pages of your phone book. You might have to seek one in Little Rock. Get the device/concept/formula whatever patented and then you can openly seek assistance and funding.

You're going to need to reveal the details of your idea to _someone_, since I presume you don't have the technical knowhow to explain it in sufficient detail to obtain a patent on your own anyway.

Also, are you more concerned about solving global warming, or making money? If the former, it shouldn't matter if someone steals your idea, as long as you have precedence to show you thought of it first.

You know whether your idea is to change the world or make money your idea has the absolute right to be patented and be economically productive for you.

Either way, if you have a viable concept, ge it patented.

The Venus Project which is associated with the Zeigiest movement might be able to help you there, also something called the Edison-PBS project I have to look up more details about the latter, a friend of mine told me about that so I will try and get back to you
