I get those all the time. Ya know what it is...its like a really weird pimple thing. Ugh, I HATE those! I totally know what you're talking about though. They're skinned colored and they dont hurt and they're like hard n' stuff. You cant pop them because the stuff that plugging the pore is sooo far down into the epidermis that you could never get it to surface. But yeah, I get them too and I'm a virgin in every way shape and form. No worries, they go away.
It's hard to give advice for this sort of thing without someone actually seeing it. Theoretically, if it doesn't hurt then it's probably nothing to fret about. However if it's bothering you or if it changes (I.e.: gets bigger) then you should see a doctor about it. My best guess is it's Cyst but you really need a doc to confirm.
