I have a problem

just  thinking Asked by sexycarla about 1 year ago, 2 answers.

I have a problem real bad insicurity issues it may not seem like it but I do I never think im good enough sometimes ill be on my good days and feel nice thats when I take pics, most days I feel so bad that I cry all day I dont know whats wrong I stay in...

the house and never come out maybe once or twice a week I've put on some weight I know I can loose it but im afraid to be seen in public to be juged by anyone I quit the gym cause there were too much people do you think im like retarded or something sometimes I think it because I was put down by evryone growing up that it just stuck I need help dont I?

um ok. well first I think you need a friend to help you get back in the swing of things. like ask a friend to work out with you one day. or a sister or just someone you feel close to tell them your problem and tell them to help you get used to stuff. and if that doesnt help maybe go for counciling. im not saying you need help bc I dont really think you do you just need guidence. and it helps to have someone help you along. and if you live by urself consider asking someone to move in with you or becoming someones roomate and once you start getting used to stuff then live by urself. its all a process that takes time but in the end works. and I dont know your age so the roomate stuff may not apply. im not sure but take my advice haha im prettty sure it shood work =]

I guess you just need reassurance.
Firstly, how do you know people think this of you? Have they ever actually said anything? You have to understand that if you act insecure and 'unsociable' then some poeple may take it the wrong way... I was really shy, and I kinda still am but I've learnt that some people interpret it as hostility and so they dont want to make friends with me. you may have to learn to just be less shy - you know.
As for your crying, it may be hormones or something? you need to get out of your house and socialise, keep yourself busy, because if your alone doing nothing your bound to think about your life TOO much. You will depress yourself if you think of these bad things.
You need to remeber how lucky you are, that your healthy and you have meals, and if you wanted to - friends. You are very pretty also and im sure you could make acoupleof guys crazy if you started to live your lie a ittle.
