how bout instead of doing things such as pills and pressing on a spot that could kill you ( temples ) XD ha just follow this .
I got this out of one of my art books it works for me every time
lay back either in a comfy chair or on your back ( somewhere you can sit comfortably for a good amount of time)
take your hands and put the palms of your hands in your eye sockets ( comfortably of corse) rest the rest of your hands on your face. ( being comfortable and relaxing is key)
now lay like that for about 2 mins.
* this helps a lot with getting rid of really bad migranes that are light sensative ( D: like mine)
when you take your hands off you may feel a little tired but its because your eyes where only looking in really dark darkness lol
but you will also notice that you can see way better. you give your eyes time to rest and relax a lot of muscles around the eyes and fore head.
if it doesnt go away try the shower
close your eyes and put your eyes and forehead under the shower head ( being able to breath obviously) but the heat ( and again relaxing the muscles in the eyes) will help relax your face. soothing :D
