I have a friend online who hates gays and bi people!

I'm not gay. Dont get me wrong.
But I support gays and I feel seriously bad for them.
But this friend has a really bad temper so if I tell him off, then hes going to get a ton of people against me.
I'm scared and I dont know what to do.
Help me!

There isn't a lot you can do, unfortunately. people have their own ideals and nobody can change what they feel.

It's frustrating to see someone who simply can't let go of an ignorant bias, but there's really nothing you can do.

It doesn't sound like this person is a friend. I'd recommend you just avoid him.

You cant change his beliefs - so just ignore it.
I know its really hard when someone is putting down gay people when you believe they are equal. I totally support all gays (I'm also straight) and my mom is homophobic, it really bothers me sometimes. But you have to remember to respect their opinion even if you don't agree with what they are saying. Something like this is just one of those things that has two sides and fighting about it wont change a thing. So just let him support what he wants and not support what he doesn't want to, its his life and his choices.

As for your friend, so he's a bigot... You cant do much about that... Either tell him you respect his opinion but you do not want to discuss the subject, or just stop talking to him...

the truth hurts sometimes... and yes btw that statement was highly offensive which is why I pointed it out... you can dislike it all you want, but by saying you are offended by someone else and then making statements like that it really doesnt lend your case too much credibility...
