But anyways, if you have a shotglass, or any small cup with work too.
As hot of water as you can stand mix with salt or epsimsalts (something spelt like that:P ) and stir.
Sit up and but the cup on your belly button and then lay back and hold it there for like 5 mins, try to do that twice a day.
Rubbing alcohal works well too,
make sure your hands are always clean when you touch it.
It time it will go away
