I hate my thighs is there anyways I can lose weight around that area

Aw me too hun. =]

The best thing you can do is do lunges for your upper thighs, and they will eventually (maybe a month) start working your lower thighs too... but you have to do them every day.

Also, to get a even more weight loss in your thighs, run about a mile a day, your muscles will hate you for it, but you'll be thankful in the end.

At first, you won't see results, I don't know why that is, but in about a month, you'll drop a ton there (you'll also probably lose some tummy weight, cause that's just how weight loss is! happy )
