I hate my neighbors, what sould i do?

I own a classic car that I am restoring on my drive.
but yesterday while I was at work my neighbor came round at shouted at my mum like she was a peice of feces that has been spat on.
and nobody talks to my mum like that and gets away with it.

keping noise under about 70db, I have been using a hand saw to cut sheet metal because it's quitter, I also pack all my tools and parts away out of sight.

deatils of my neighbor
1. they love gardening , they mowe there lawn every two days.
2. they sprayed my familys caravan in coupronal (wood persative, like a stain/oil/wax)
3.they have no kids as they are mid 60s
4. they think they are upperclass but they have a smaller house - 4 bedroom, where we have a 6 bedroom with snooker room (converted triple garage)
5.they drive a rover 75, and a chevy/dawio karlos

what should I do as I am so tempted to knock her out, of kill her.

she ounce reported me to the police for having bad looking guttering, saying it didn't blend in with the rest of the neighborhood.

I have one idea
fill a supper soaker with bleach/weed killer, and write bi!ch (female dog)on her lawn from my bedroom window.

or make a fake balif notice in photoshop. and put it though there door.

or spraypaint all there flowers black.

her neighbor, is her sister, next to them is her brother.
so they think they own the whole road.
making them move is a bit harsh, but it might be my only hope.

Put up a big fence to block out your neighbour and simply try to ignore them.

This may sound a little crude, but they're in their 60's - they won't be there much longer, so just try to tough it out, and if they cause you problems (like the caravan issue), make sure you protect yourself by reporting it.

report them for having something on their house that doesnt match with the rest of the neighborhood. I have the same problem: old cranky neighbors. and I swear they stole my cat. I see it run out of their house and they let it in too. so it think im gonna take their dog. hehehe.

I can not do that because they are all family they all use the ame design of house and style?

they think theyre all that because theyre uperclass dont let the stupid class let them bother u. ignore them, the cops wont do anything, mabye drawing on the sidewalk with the chalks will piss them off :D
