I've been seeing a commercial about a new exercise thingy but unfortunately I can't remember the name of it. Maybe if you googled it or flipped through the channels at night looking for their info-commercial.

I don't think so.
If you gained a lot of weight I'm sure they would grow, but I'm sure thats not what you want. You might aswell just accept what you have. Honestly, having bigger boobs is not fun!
