What is wrong with me to cause these symptoms?

Okay well....I feel kinda sick and I have felt like this before. but I don't know what's causing it. yesterday I felt really nauseous randomly on and off all day and an occasional headache. then this morning I felt really nauseous too then it went away. and now I have extreme bloating and lots of gurgling. the nausea is gone though. this has happened before but after the gurgling stage it just went away the next day. so maybe I should wait until tomorrow and if I still feel sick ill go to the doctors. but you have any idea what it could be? no I'm not pregnant because I'm a virgin.
