You need to do some cardio to burn off that fat.
Also, you can't spot reduce fat. It burns off proportionally across the body.
My recommendation is always interval training / fartleks which tend target the aerobic and anaerobic systems in your body and tend to leave you with a faster metabolism and burn fat fast. Bear in mind though that if you have muscle you want to retain you need to be careful about the amount of interval training you do and you need to eat appropriately.
Interval training can be very intense if you've never done it before. Do some research, talk to a qualified trainer or doctor or at least a knowledgeable adult and remember to start slow.
yeah do cardio, but the biggest key to abs is, what you eat... if your diet is unhealthy and contains a lot or even just a small amount of fatty foods, that thin layer of fat might never go away... and also you should eat just a little under your RMR which is like 2000 calories each day. They should slowly show up nice and tightly

I feel my ab muscles but cant see them
I have been doing a lot of ab exercises and I can feel a nice firm like 4 pack

the problem is I cant see it
I still have fat covering it
how can I get rid of this fat covering my it?
