If I were you, I'd go jogging or something for just like 30 min a day, and when you feel like eating, snack on carrots, celery, apples, etc. It will feed the hunger and won't make you feel sluggish afterwards

Its summer and im always home with no job or anything so how come like I always feel like eating? Food is always on my mind? how come I just cant sit down and not eat?
