Try your best to ignore him. He'll probably be relentless and increase in annoyance at first, but after a little bit, he'll give up.

And just think about the future, eventually either you or he will turn 18 and move out, so there is good to look forward to.

yr honestly giving him too much attention, people like that only react to how people respond to them, if you dont react to his b*llshit, then you render him powerless, dont submit to behaviour like that, but dont be apart of it either, he sounds like a spoilt brat
