just go out and ingore everyone just challenge yourself to stay out for like 10min and than 20 and so on and you could start practicing by going around the block of your house alone or just crossing the street alone and walking to a friends house start small and than you`ll get used to it eventully
social anxiety? look it up

well first of all think about that these people doesn't care about u..and they have nothing to do w/ you so just go out there and be confident..take a baby steps like go for a short walk alone then do it again alone but on a longer distance...like that and you'll get used to it...






I dont like to be alone
well I dont like to go to places such as malls, resturaunts, retail stores, or anywhere really unless im with at least one other person. whenever I am out by myself I feel as if everyone is staring and judging me... I am not comfortable with the way my body looks. I was wondering if there is an easy way to deal with this... fear of always being judged...
