I am 14 and I have a boyfriend who I have been with for about a year now. I know its a LONG time for only a 14 year old! but here is my problem.. we were kinda of on and off being together, but we always got back toghet with on a few days to a week. it...

is the 2nd week of summer now and the 1st week of summer we hung out every day! but this week we havent really talked or hung out. during the 1st week of summer we went to a movie.. haha we cuddled and kissed and made out, we are so close to each other in a friend ship way from being together with each other so long we feel comfortable around each other so we were having fun. so the 1st week of summer he tried out for a soccer team and made it and they practice everyday!! or have a game. he hasnt really called me is this because he is so busy with soccer cause the team just barlie started or does he not want to be with me anymore? and everytime I call him he is never home, is that because he really isnt or does he just tell his family to say he isnt home?

I think he's honest. Playing sports and being with a girl at the same time requires patience on both sides. I have a girlfriend and play sports, and it has caused me to not be able to see her after school anymore, but that doesn't mean i don't love her just as much or want to be with her just as much, it just means that I'm making the most of school while I'm still in it. It's important to take advantage of school, because you'll only be there once. I think he's telling you the truth, soccer is a tough sport. I'd give it time and patience, and I believe things will work out if both of you truly want it to. :D hope i've helped you
