im 13teen and my boyfriend is 18teen and we dont know what to do wev been dateing for a bit now and my mom thinks that hes 13teen.I want to be with him.I just dont know??

Hes 18...and can pass for a 13 yr old? That explains why hes dating someone 5 years younger. What does a guy whos going to be graduating from high school, possibly have in common with a girl whos still in middle school? Hes sounds pretty immature for his age. It is much safer just to be "best friends" until you are over 18. Love is worth waiting for. If your partner won't wait until you are an adult to enter into the serious intimacy that dating brings, you need to ask yourself if he really cares about YOU or has other interests in mind. If this is a sexual relationship, then that would explain why he is with someone that much younger!

Dear 2emo2kiss,
When she does find out she may be very upset. She may send you for a rape kit and then if you have had relations have the police brought in and he will be charged. There is never a reason why an 18 year old is interested in a 13 year old, not even as friends. I suggest you stay away from him before you are a statistic and you are hurt or worse.
