spending more and more time with my friend and I like him a lot more than I used to.
he so sweet to me and treats me with nothing but respect.
we have a real connection but the deal is, is that I can't break up with my boyfriend, becasue he's suicidal.
I already broke up with him but he just doesn't understand.
I still want to be friends with him, and I still care for him, but I want to know how to break up with him with out making him go crazy and cut himself like last time...
he calls me every day and I find it harder and harder to put on a fake smile and say I love you too

I'm so lost and confused right now.

He is not respectful and he lives 400 miles away , sounds easy to break up to me.
don't take the calls, emails, text messages and what ever else he does, Drop it and he will move on.
Trust me you do not want to be involved with anyone that is suicidal. He needs help for himself and must love himself before he can ever love anyone else
