I *don't* know what boys like

Well...I simply are a lonely school girl. If I could post a picture of myself, I would right now to let everyone see what I look like but unfortunately I can't so everyone will just have to guess. I love wearing baggy pants, I kind of like tight shirts...

but most specially the ones with great designs and long short sleeves. My hair is in braids (long to my back), I look like a video game character (no joke). But even with all of this, I still are not comfortable around either girls but specifically boys. When they look at me, when they talk to me (!), especially when they talk mean about me for no reason, I just look evil. I look in the mirror and even I look too serious (is that possible?). I look like I'm in super deluxe deep thought and understanding of this world. But, I just sometimes wish I could be like one of the other girls in my school that like to wear high heels, skirts, make-up, and all that (sarcastically for most of them despite what they look like). But those girls are the ones I feel are slowly but surely becoming tired of boy drama. What I really want to ask is, even if you're not a boy (just think), what is it you'd like in a girl and would like her to be? Would you care what she dresses like?

Ok, I'm a 17 year old guy, so it could be a different perspective, as I don't know how old you are.

If I had to choose what I'd look for in a girl that I'd actually date, it'd be :
1. Non-revealing (I couldn't bear for other guys to constantly stare, even girls staring, I don't know it's just me) - Though I would think they're hot.
2. Nice/kind (If my girlfriend wanted me to change, I honestly wouldn't. Constant nagging is really a huge turnoff)
3. It really doesn't matter how she looks in my eyes, but more how she acts.

Those would be the top 3 things I look for.
