I didn't have my periods for the last six months!! please help!!

Asked by karoli over 3 years ago, 8 answers.

Last time I had my periods was in February and now it's nearly July. I
wasn't worried at first cause my friend didn't have her periods for four
months and then they started again but now I'm a bit scared.
I am sure I can't be pregnant - but can I???...

And is it normal? Or is
there something wrong with me?
(first time I started my periods was about a year and a half ago)
please help!!!

Litsen I Dont Know How Old You Are But If You Recently Started You Periode It Takes Awhile For It To Start Again Like I Meen You Say Febuary How Long Have You Had You Periode... Because 6 monthsz is a very long time and it could be possible that you are pregnant but it usauly shows after 6 months 4 really... but what im saying is maybe try birthcontrol itll make your periode set always from a sunday start to a friday finish unless you have a low blood flow sorry if couldnt help but maybe you should see a doctor

Relax, it's normal to miss your periods for the first several years. Sometimes they skip a month, sometimes they skip several months in a row, but you'll get it back eventually. And if your mom is a doctor and says it's okay, then why are you worrying yourself so much?

these kind of problems due to blood. i suggest fisrt of all you consult doctor, and sceondly focus your diet. may be with out any doctor your problem automatmically resolve due to good food fruits.

If you do a lot of sports, that can mess it up as well. You can go a much longer time not having your period if you do heavy sports. Some female athletes don't get there's hardly at all. There are times when it will come late because you were doing more exercise than usual. Like the time I did a ton of walking while in California and it was really late.
