Yeah I do that too, but I don't know why for sure. But I think it's built up emotions from all the hard stressful things that have happened in the past few weeks or whatever the issue is. I think our brains just can tell when were actually sad and so they just let go and have us cry. Sometimes it's good to cry. But yeah just be happy your alive like caragurl333 said.
I have the same problem. I think its built up emotions from any stressful situation that you didnt do anything about
There could be several reasons why you would feel like crying when you're not sad. Your body is usually the culprit. If you are going through a really stressful time your body may need to release some pent up emotion. It could also be lack of sleep. Good portion of women go through mood swings which usually associated with hormonal changes in the body during premenstrual syndrome (PMS). PMS can be really strong some months and really light others. It can make you feel like crying when you were laughing minutes before.
If you are going through really stressful times try and get out and do something light and enjoyable to relieve stress. Exercise is a great way to relieve stress and it makes you happy. If you aren't sleeping well, you should determine why you are staying up. If its something serious you should talk to your parents, but if you are just up with friends or watching TV try to go to bed earlier you'll be surprised by how much better you feel after a couple of good nights rest. For PMS, its a little more difficult to treat. There are pharmaceuticals out there that can help and exercise and a healthy diet really tend to keep the mood swings at bay. Although, sometimes a good cry is all you need.
