He should be able to make the decision for himself whether he wants to be with you or not after this.

It sounds to me like you dont really love him because if you did you wouldn't have given yourself to this other guy that you hardly know. If you want to be with him you have to tell him. If I were him I wouldn't want to be with you. If you give yourself up so easily now who knows what you might do in the future. Tell him and let him decide if he wants to stay with you.
